Kiki picked me up from my host family to drive me to the airport. Such a kind human had a lot of interest and asked about my trip and my personal life, and by doing that he made it a nice drive. He was there a little before the arranged time, which was perfect so I could still say goodbye to my host family before I had to get in and leave. This company is a good company, and I would recommend booking a ride with them.

Keith was exceptional in communications when I was booking a shuttle for my Dragonboat team. The shuttle was in time, very clean. I couldn’t tell them an exact time as to when our race would end but they said to just call. Gave them the time and they were there at the exact time, no waiting around. Second trip flying into Victoria–April 2022 and July 2025, and booked Kiki Shuffle both times to get to and from the airport. Excellent customer service. Had a great ride into Victoria with lots of good information about the area. Professional, punctual and efficient. What more could a person ask for? A great way to start and end our stay in Victoria. Keith was waiting for us at the airport luggage area even though our flight was more than 45 minutes delayed. Very organized company and communication booking and confirming our pickup/drop off is excellent. Jay arrived early at the hotel to pick us up to shuttle us to the airport on departure morning which was most appreciated. This is the only mode of transportation I would use and recommend highly when in Victoria. Thanks Keith, Jay and Kiki shuffle team for your service!

We had an awesome time with Kiki Shuffle celebrating our friend’s birthday! The whole experience was full of laughs and unforgettable moments. Keith was the perfect guide – he added to the fun with impromptu stops and playful, misleading info that kept the birthday girl guessing and us entertained the whole time. I would deeply recommend Mr. Keith and Kiki’s Shuttle! Kiki gave us an awesome speech of the history of the city and was always punctual on time. Please don’t forget to ask him to sing: “Oh Canada” in backwards, we shall be pleased to do it and included with his fee schedule. His presence and happiness is truly inspiring, Mr. Keith is so nice and told my family a lot about Victoria and Canadian culture that we did not handle before. A+ Service recommended! We needed a dependable company to drive us from the Victoria airport to downtown Victoria, a 26 km trip and return us 10 days later to the airport. We chose Kiki Shuffle and were not disappointed. Kiki shuffle and Keith are awesome! Keith picked us up in Westshore exactly on time, loaded our gear and took 8 of us out to Sidney for a great day on the boat! Keith made accommodations for pickup points and times as well as drop offs at the end of the night. Just an awesome experience and a really nice guy that cares about what he’s doing and the people he drives. Overall, a fantastic service!
